During the first week of engagement, we ratchet up on the analysis we did pre-engagement. We swap questions with spreadsheets, getting access to and an understanding of the technology environments beyond QBO.
We address your key issue with all of our focus. By the end of the first month, we have a complete understanding of the current state of the business, how we got here, and what’s required to move forward.
This is execution time. We need to start making moves so that the changes can start cycling through the business as quickly as possible.
