We need to see your financial performance in order to give you some feedback. There are two options for how to do that:

Option 1: The fastest is to add me as your accountant. Add: [email protected] Here is a 🎬 short video with some thoughts about that.

Here 👇 are the steps:

1. Sign in to QBO as a primary admin
2. Select Settings
3. Select Manage users
4. Select the Accountants or Accounting firms tab
5. Enter the accountant's email address
6. Select Invite
7. Follow the prompt to verify your account

Option 2: The next best way is to send it to me manually. and that’s okay too.

We are looking for two reports P&L for this year and last - totals by months. Same for the balance sheet.

1. Profit & Loss

   1. select “last year” & “this year to date”
   2. select “Display columns by months” in the drop down below

Finally, Export each to Excel and send to: **[email protected]**
